FOOD FOR THE GOOD MOOD


No more vacations and freedom, everyone takes the way to school or office ... But no question to be beaten like that! To keep morale high, nothing like that to put on her plate all the nutrients of good humor.

- Saturated fats: red meat, cream, meat, cooking in butter, mayonnaise, ...
