
Earlier this year and two good resolutions to catch the happiness and make it last:
First and foremost something else: Learn to appreciate the present moment, just be present in the passing moment, no past that hitch, no future that worries us not. Only the simple joy of living!
Breathe deeply, listen to the quiet sounds of nature, look carefully at a tree ... Cultivate the ability to marvel at these little things (not just bin it is not about nothing!), Nature can replenish us in depth.
Happiness is sometimes close at hand ... Come in, take a moment to bring your attention to your breathing, and sharpen all your senses to hear, see, smell, touch! Savor the moment because it is up to us to turn it into real pleasure. Happiness discusses these opportunities in small joys in everyday life.
Kindness is another key to happiness, pleasure to be nice ... yes! with oneself and with others.
