A SMILE AS BIG AC! STOP THE chapped lips

The lips need special care to stay flexible. The mucosa of the lips is not the same as the face, it contains fewer sebaceous glands, and the blow is more fragile.

To continue to smile, even in winter, follow this guide:

Principle 1, which is seen outside depends on what we put inside ...

- Avoid drought by rehydrating: when you feel the sensation of thirst, your body is already missing about 1 / 2 liter! Drink often, enough, choose a good quality water with low mineral content.

- Capitalize on vitamins and trace minerals: vitamin A, B1, B2 and D, magnesium, manganese, ... what are the elements that will feed from within the mucosa. A little butter is rich in vitamin A, whole grains rich in B vitamins, eggs, fatty fish for their vitamin D.

- Not forgetting the essential fatty acids in oils virgin 1st cold pressed rapeseed, walnuts, flax ... and oily fish.

- Make a cure wheat germ: vitamin E, magnesium, phosphorus, etc.. a mix of benefits for food thoroughly.

Have you thought this summer to protect your lips from dehydration and sun? the cold is not their worst enemy, there is the sun, wind, ... and age.

Lips become rough, it gnaws and it finally cracked. Better to avoid reaching that point, use a moisturizing balm throughout the year. Your lips will thank you by remaining soft, velvety smooth and longer.

My two miracle products for lips:

Shea Butter: moisturizing, nourishing, protecting, regenerating, it makes the lips all sweet.

Honey: Honey is very useful to soften and soothe inflammation.

Here is my recipe for balm made simple:

Warm water bath in 2 tablespoons of honey, add 2 teaspoons of rosewater. Mix well, place in a small pot and let cool.

To use without moderation. (careful not to lick your lips too quickly, I know it's tempting!)
